Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Skin Essential Purchase At Skin Essential Purchase, we take product safety and hygiene seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of our skincare, hair care, and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products — including creams, gels, serums, sprays, or teeth whitening items — even if unopened. This ensures every item delivered is guaranteed fresh, unused, and safe for customer use.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions: you received the wrong item, your product was damaged during transit, or your parcel was lost and officially marked undelivered by the courier. If one of these applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery at skinrenewalessentials@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo if applicable. All refund requests are assessed case-by-case.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing immediately and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to product quality and customer safety.
